Karsten International is looking for an ambitious online marketer with a growth mindset who likes to focus along the entire funnel. As an online marketer you will play an important role in our growth objectives. At the moment there is a good basis for SEA and we are looking for a candidate who can take this to the next level based on his experience. As an online marketer you are part of the E-commerce team and you are responsible for generating visitors to our websites.

Karsten International sells more than 500 products online at various shops, and that is why you are challenged every day to offer the ultimate shopping experience per brand. Every month we receive the newest and coolest products from gadgets to beauty products, so you will never be bored. With your knowledge of Search Advertising and running online performance campaigns, you ensure that the online visibility of these products is increased.

Summed up:

• As a SEA Specialist you are responsible for our Google Ads, Google Shopping & Bing advertisements.
• You analyze running campaigns, evaluate and improve where possible.
• Via A/B testing you ensure that the customer journey of the consumer is optimized.
• Build and optimize social media campaigns.
• In this role there is also room for advertising on marketplaces such as Bol.com and Amazon.
• Thinking about the email marketing strategy.
• Finally, you share your knowledge and skills with your colleagues in the team.

You have ambition, an entrepreneurial spirit and will not stop until you have achieved the desired result. Your focus is on growth and you are strong in analyzing and drawing up sharp data analyses.

This combined with a number of years of experience in online marketing and paid (Google) advertising and an HBO/WO thinking ability makes you the right person for the job.

Given the international character of the organization, it is important that you have a command of the English language in speech and writing.

Experience with email marketing and advertising on marketplaces will be a plus.
